Troubleshooting

Calendar Sync Issues

Fix common calendar connection problems and sync issues.

Appointments Not Showing Up

If appointments booked through SalesPartner don't appear on your calendar:

1. Go to Settings > Integrations and check your calendar shows "Connected" 2. Make sure the right calendar is selected — your provider may have multiple (personal, work, shared) 3. Wait a few minutes — new appointments sync within about 15 minutes

If it still says "Not Connected," your authorization probably expired. Click Authorize, sign in again, and grant permission. This happens after password changes or long periods of inactivity.

Duplicate or Missing Changes

Seeing the same appointment twice? Check you don't have the same Google account connected through multiple calendars. Go to Integrations and make sure you only have one active connection. Don't delete both copies — deleting an appointment from your calendar cancels it in SalesPartner.

Moved an appointment in your calendar but SalesPartner didn't update? Changes from your calendar sync within 15-30 minutes. If it's been longer, check your connection status.

Added an appointment directly to your calendar? That won't create one in SalesPartner. Appointments must be booked through conversations — calendar sync is for availability checking and pushing booked appointments to your calendar, not the other direction.
