Notification Issues
Fix problems with missing notifications, badges not updating, or alerts not appearing.
Not Getting Notifications
The most common cause is browser permissions. Your browser needs to be allowed to show notifications from SalesPartner.
On desktop: Click the lock icon in your browser's address bar and set Notifications to "Allow." Also check that your operating system isn't blocking browser notifications (System Settings > Notifications on Mac, Settings > Notifications on Windows).
On mobile: You need to add the app to your home screen first — push notifications don't work from a regular browser tab.
iPhone: Open the app in Safari > tap Share > "Add to Home Screen" > open from home screen > allow notifications when prompted.
Android: Open in Chrome > tap the three-dot menu > "Add to Home Screen" > allow notifications when prompted.
In-App Notification Settings
Even with browser permissions set, notifications can be turned off inside the app.
Go to Settings > Notification Preferences and make sure the types you want are enabled (new lead alerts, message notifications, calendar reminders).
If the notification bell icon in the app shows items but you're not getting push alerts, it's a browser or device permission issue — the app is generating notifications but your device isn't displaying them.
Do Not Disturb and Focus Modes
If notifications suddenly stopped working, check whether your device's Do Not Disturb or Focus mode is on. Both will silently suppress all notifications.
On Mac: Check the Control Center (top-right of screen). On Windows: Check Focus Assist in the notification area. On iPhone/Android: Check your quick settings panel.
